Tribe: The definition of a tribe is a group of people, or a community with similar values or interests

There are so many ways to grow your tribe, getting people engaged with your content so they share it with their networks, that it would literally take me a whole year to list them all here.

To get any leverage in your business, you need others to be on board to support your vision, share your offerings and rave about you and your services. There is more power in others talking about you, promoting you than if you or your team were the only ones doing it.

Build Your Tribe

3 Steps To Successfully Grow Your Tribe While Others Do Most Of The Work For You

1. Host Your Own Telesummit

Putting on a telesummit is no stroll in the park, it has many moving parts and I would only suggest doing them, if you already have a team in place.

As a speaker this is guaranteed way to instantly position you as an expert (if its done properly). It also leverages other people’s database bringing 100’s to 1000’s of potential clients into your world. You create a hub for clients to find you. You can also earn money for every sale generated from your event when you sign up to your speakers affiliate programs.

2. Create Your Own Affiliate Program

Creating your own affiliate program especially when you are running an event based launch allows other business owners promote you to their networks. The purpose of an affiliate program is to create a long-term mutual relationship that benefits both parties. Money is rarely an incentive for others to promote you, the value you offer is.

This needs to be done through a robust system that offers great tracking and is user friendly such as Infusionsoft, One Shopping Cart or Nanacast.

Having someone on your team whose role it is to source potential partners and take care of the admin/customer service is advisable. They can set up everything behind the scenes. They can also complete the sign up process for partners and send them their personalized promo pack, which further builds the relationship for future events and launches.

3. Host your own weekly/month events

Hosting your own weekly or monthly virtual event for your tribe to attend is great for getting more eyeballs on your business. Think of WSA’s #SpeakerChat I’m a super fan so I recommend it to everyone as its informative, fun and offers lots of valuable info, in an easy to digest format.

I also run my own Grow Your Tribe Event every Tuesday on my ResourcesQueen Facebook page. The advantages to being a host of these events is that others share your event, your brand name is spread all across varies social networks and it grows your tribe.
