Leadership development is self development. The quest for leadership is the first inner quest to discover who you are. Leadership is about the small things each of us can do every day to positively influence our customers, our colleagues, our friends and our communities. Mastering leadership is a lifelong process and we are all works in progress. Each of our lives is a leadership lab with burning desire to make a positive difference at work, home, within our community and in the world.

creativity. This award inspire and promote recognition of Personal Assistants while opening people’s eyes to the real contribution and potential of these professionals.
