Each day is a gift so begin and end each day with gratitude. Celebrate the good and more of it will flow to you.
Adversity is a part of life. You are not your problems. Change your focus to the life you choose, not the problems you think you have.
Love what is. Instead of getting frustrated over things you can’t change, focus on the ones that you can change.
Follow your heart- not your fears. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.
It’s not important that sometimes you might forget who you are, but in how quickly you can remember.
Dream big and make life fun! Do something outrageous each day. Follow your passion. Believe in yourself.
Trust. Infinite possibilities are born of faith. Focus on the WHY of life and not the HOW. Where focus goes, energy flows.
Happiness is a choice. Take responsibility for your actions and inactions. Choose to ACT – not react.
Choose wisely, knowing you are only one choice away from changing your world.
Play and don’t take yourself or the world so seriously. Create reasons to laugh many times each day.
Love yourself so that you can love others. Know that you are enough. Without arrogance, be self-confident, kind and compassionate. Pass on the love that has been given to you. Leave smiles in your wake.
Be the best friend you can be. Touch other hearts. Share hugs.
Choose to love with all your heart, even if it sometimes breaks. Know the meaning of bliss. Build your life as one, without losing who you are. Keep the passion alive daily.
Live your life knowing that abundance is already yours. Set your goals high and do something everyday to move forward. Be open to possibility.
Give back. Be generous. Remember that the fastest way to get unstuck is to do something for someone else.
Nourish your body and your mind. Think healthy thoughts. Breathe deeply.
Remember what’s important- and forget what’s not. Live in the present.
Live your life with no regrets. Bless the past and your enemies and let it go. Forgive others and yourself. Remember, you can’t fly with an anchor tied to your feet.
Know that you have the power to be, do or create anything in your life- anything. You are an infinite being with unlimited potential.
Take time each day to connect to the Divine. Trust that there is a plan even if you only see a fraction of it. Be not afraid to surrender your beliefs on how things “should” be, to the greater will of the Universe.
Go deep inside. Seek knowledge while knowing that all of the answers to all of the questions are already inside of you. You are so very wise.
Allow Spirit to talk to you and through you. Be still, listen and you will hear the answers. Meditate on understanding, not outcome, knowing there is blessing in everything.
Know that you are never alone. You are a spiritual being enjoying a human experience. You are a part of something so much greater that will live forever.
Most of all, enjoy the ride while you’re here! Spread your wings and fly. You belong up with the stars. The world is yours. May your life be filled with infinite joy.

“SHARE THE LOVE” BAR BELOW
Love the inspirational tone of all your words. Would absolutely love to find a partner
who is positive, inspirational and supportive. Could your story be possible for me too?
The truth of your wisdom resonates well in me as I am learning to face life’s many transitions with more grace, trust, and faith in the bigger picture, much of which is not yet in my vision.
Your advice to meditate on understanding without needing to know outcome, to listen well to spirit, and to trust what I am given is a blessing. With blessings there are often challenges that require courage and compassion, and yes, patience and faith too. I would love to win a chance to take your 21 day on-line course. This would mean more to me at this time in my life than any cruise, for it would help me be more open, more trusting the companionship I yearn for and have reached out for, mostly on-line, is possible. My four children are all grown, and I feel having a partner would open doors to being able to organize and share my writing with audiences beyond Facebook and the women’s magazines I contribute poems and essays to. I am glad to discover you and other women who blog on this site. Thank you!
