Having spent most of my career in industries with a dominant ratio of men to women, I have repeatedly experienced the challenges that come with cultural change toward equal opportunity, particularly when negotiating from the minority and often more vulnerable negotiation position. I am delighted to be a contributing member of The Women Speakers Association. I have a long history as a proponent for women in business working collaboratively and taking a proactive interest in their collective well-being through directed and healthy assertiveness.
