By Cydney O’Sullivan, Entrepreneur

Having spent most of my career in industries with a dominant ratio of men to women, I have repeatedly experienced the challenges that come with cultural change toward equal opportunity, particularly when negotiating from the minority and often more vulnerable negotiation position.  I am delighted to be a contributing member of The Women Speakers Association.  I have a long history as a proponent for women in business working collaboratively and taking a proactive interest in their collective well-being through directed and healthy assertiveness.  I believe the WSA is a wonderful opportunity for exceptional achievers to pool their talents to exponentially forge positive and lasting change for themselves and others in their wake, with greater ease, momentum and grace, and highly encourage you to join us.
