A critical mass of energy is building among people across the globe. People know that we, as global citizens, must do things differently in numerous ways if we expect to effectively address the challenges ahead. Women are at the forefront of the change movement. Women are becoming more and more comfortable and confident that their words and actions matter. Women Speakers Association is an exciting way to bring women together to further expand the power of the spoken word. I look forward to collaborating with, supporting, mentoring and learning from the women WSA has and will continue to attract.

She was named as one of 100 Global Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion by The Society of Human Resource Management. Lenora is a past president of the 4000- member National Speakers Association, and is on the adjunct faculty of Averett University and the Bryan School of Business and Economics, University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
